By using the FlickOps website, academy or labs, you agree to these terms.
Services
Engineering engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. Training enrollment terms are shared before purchase.
Acceptable use of labs
Lab environments are for learning only. You must not use them to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or store unlawful content. We may terminate sessions that breach these rules.
Intellectual property
Course materials, lab scenarios and website content belong to FlickOps. You may use them for your own learning but may not redistribute them without permission.
Payments and refunds
Fees, schedules and refund conditions are stated at the time of purchase or in your agreement.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, FlickOps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
