Our story
Why an engineering company teaches, and why a training company ships
“You only understand infrastructure once you have fixed it under pressure.”
It started in 2017 with a Red Hat exam.
RHCSA has no multiple-choice questions. You get a broken system, a list of tasks and a clock. Passing it taught the lesson that still shapes everything we do: you only understand infrastructure once you have fixed it under pressure.
Then people started asking for help.
Colleagues preparing for the same exams, then juniors trying to break into operations roles. Those sessions became structured Linux training, and grew into DevOps, containers, Kubernetes and cloud as the industry moved. The rule never changed: fewer slides, more terminals.
The people we trained went on to run production.
Some of their companies came back with a harder question: can you help us build this properly? That is how project work began. Server fleets nobody had patched in years, releases that needed a war room, Kubernetes clusters no one dared to upgrade.
Today both sides make each other better.
Production work keeps our training honest, because every lab scenario comes from something that really broke. Teaching keeps our engineering clear, because if we cannot explain a design simply, we do not ship it.
